To secure your individual or block sessions, payment is required at least 24 hours before your session is due to begin. This guarantees your appointment time is reserved for you, and helps avoid lost slots. If I can fill a cancelled appointment with sufficient notice, I will refund your payment in full.
I offer concessionary rates for full‑time students, those in retirement, and people receiving low‑income support. To keep things fair for all clients, block booking discounts apply at the same rate for everyone. Concessionary rates are for individual sessions booked week‑to‑week.

Block of 5 Sessions (5 Hours): £191.25 — 15% discount applied
